It is a great privilege to bring to you the thanksgivings and prayer requests of our fellow AbR Associates.  As always, these prayer requests are a reminder that God is at work across Africa and it is a pleasure to realise that we are all part of His family, labouring together to accomplish His purposes and bearing one another up in prayer.

AbR gives thanks to the Lord for being able to enjoy fellowship with some of you in Burundi, last month during the afternoon set aside for the regional Associates Meeting.  We were particularly pleased to have the opportunity to meet some of you “face to face” and to discuss how we could all better work together. We have taken note of the suggestions that were put forward at the meeting and we look forward to similar interactive meetings in other regions when AbR hold their next meetings.  The report back we received that afternoon as a result of the training that Holly Beech and Roger Cook kindly provided on the subject “Investigative Journalism with the purpose of Developing Society”, was very favourable and we look forward to offering more training at future Associate Meetings.
